“Checks calendar. pours coffee. Ok. Let’s do this. No, we can’t see your personal messages. No, we won’t delete your account. Yes, you can accept at any time,” the tweet read.

WhatsApp users who don’t accept its privacy policy by May 15 will have limited account functionality. Listing these limited functionalities- users to not accept policy updates will not be able to access their chat list. However, they can answer voice or video calls. These users can also call back a missed voice or video call and notifications will continue to arrive. Users will be able to read the messages and respond to them.

But, after a few weeks, WhatsApp will eventually bar users from receiving incoming calls or notifications and later cut off essential services. In a simpler way, users will lose their WhatsApp accounts but slowly, step by step.
