Orton is no new to FTR, formerly known as The Revival in WWE. Back in 2019, the tag team had a brief yet powerful alliance with The Viper in the global juggernaut. Despite the fact that the trio was no over popular with the fans, their association ended when Randy Orton was drafted to WWE RAW.

Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler beat several wrestling legends, including Konnan and The Midnight Express, in a series of photos shared on Twitter. The AEW star commented beside the photos that they learned from the Legend Killer back in the day and have now become "Living Legends."

"We learned from the “Legend Killer”. Now, we’re just Living Legends. #FTR#TopGuys#GTTOAT," tweeted Harwood.

Randy Orton's "Legend Killer" alter ego is arguably one of the best in pro wrestling history. Orton has used this moniker several times over the years, most recently in 2020 during his feud with Edge and Drew McIntyre.

FTR will soon lock horns with Santana and Ortiz in AEW

FTR and Santana and Ortiz have rarely fought in tag team action in recent months due to The Pinnacle and The Inner Circle's stable war. The two teams, however, seem to be back in contention for a place in the AEW Tag Team Championships.

On this week's AEW Dynamite, FTR launched an attack on Konnan, Santana, and Ortiz's mentor from IMPACT Wrestling, inflaming their feud even more.

The two teams are sure to tear the house down whenever they square off, with the winner ideally moving on to challenge AEW Tag Team Champions Young Bucks.
