

The countdown for much-awaited web series of the month Delhi Crime: Season 3 has begun. Directed by Tanuj Chopra, Delhi Crime: Season 3 is a crime thriller that marks the comeback of actress Shefali Shah who plays DCP Vartika Chaturvedi.
Slated to be released on Netflix on November 13, 2025, Delhi Crime: Season 3 trailer has introduced Huma Qureshi as the main villain who portrays the character of Meena aka Badi Didi.

Going by the trailer, it seems like Huma Qureshi plays the antagonist who is heading a human trafficking case. Huma plays the character of Meena who is infamously called 'Badi Didi'.
Since the web series is inspired by the Baby Falak case, True Scoop tried to dig into the case and find out who was the mastermind in the case.
As per reports published in 2012, Rajkumar was among the key accuseed in the case, It was him who handed over two-year-old baby Falak to his teen girlfriend. Another woman wasalso been arrested in the case that exposed a human trafficking racket in the capital.
Then Deputy Commissioner of Police Chhaya Sharma was quoted saying, "Rajkumar, who is the main suspect in the case, and Pratima were arrested."
A woman named Pratima was arrested, from Patna, in connection with the case. She was part of the human trafficking racket that exploited Rajkumar's 14-year-old girlfriend.
Pratima had got Falak from Laxmi and given the child to Rajkumar who in turn handed her over to the teenaged girl whom he allegedly sexually abused.
As shown in the trailer, in real as well, 2-year-old baby Falak was admitted to AIIMS Trauma Centre in New Delhi in 2012. The baby was reportedly suffering from a fractured skull and human bite marks on her body. She was brought to the hospital by a 15-year-old girl who claimed to be her mother.
The girl told the doctors that the baby had fallen from bed. She was admitted with a fractured skull, broken arms, human bite marks all over her body and cheeks that had been branded by a hot iron.
Baby Falak died on 15 March 2012, after a cardiac arrest, her third in three months.
Thereafter , the Union Home Ministry sought a report from the Delhi Police and termed it as a case of human trafficking.
In this case, 10 people were arrested along with a man named Rajkumar. Rajkumar was accused of abandoning the baby along with his teenaged girlfriend Lakshmi.
As per reports, the girl herself was the victim of abuse. In 2012, the teenager was arrested Falak's five-year-old brother was also traced from the house of a vendor in West Delhi's Uttam Nagar locality while her sister Sanobar was traced by Delhi Police from Muzaffarpur in Bihar.
