
Over 3.5 lakh people have been impacted by the Punjab Floods 2025 and a total 43 deaths have been reported so far. The condition of 'granary of India' has left entire nation worried. In the meantime, apart from Punjab Police, NDRF, Indian Armed Forces, many NGOS and religious organizations are coming forward for flood relief works. Radha Soami Satsang Beas has also been working for Punjab Flood Relief victims.
Radha Soami Satsang Dera Beas are doing sewa on the orders of Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon, head of Radha Soami Satsang Dera Beas. The management and sevadars of the satsang houses in the flood affected areas have completely engaged in serving the people.
Talking about Jalandhar and Kapurthala only, reports suggest that 4000 to 5000 food packets are being prepared and distributed among the people every day.
In the flood affected areas of Sultanpur, Lohia, Malasian and village Uncha Pind of Kapurthala, morning and evening food is being provided to the needy people.
In Center No. 3 located in Rehmanpur, Jalandhar, about 400 to 500 packets of dry ration are being prepared daily and given to the Red Cross Bhawan, which are being distributed on the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner.
Apart from this, ration material is also being delivered to the needy by the Satsang houses on their own.
Furthermore, gates of Satsang houses have also been opened for flood victims in flood affected areas like Amritsar-Ajnala, Gurdaspur, Gidderpindi, Lohia, Ferozepur.
