A devastating news from Hoshiarpur has come to light. A young man’s life has been lost due to drug overdose. The youth has been identified as Ajay Gill, who was a resident of Umarapur village located in Mukerian. The deceased family claims that when they discovered his body, the syringe that was allegedly used to inject drugs, was still in his arm.
The mother of the deceased says that when she found her eldest son unconscious along with the syringe stuck to his arm. The villagers have demanded that the government must take strict action to curb the drug supply and save the youth of Punjab.
