On the other hand, claims have been made by Amit that the Roadways employees had a dispute with the two brothers prior to the incident over some other undisclosed matter. One of the two brothers is said to have sustained serious injuries during the fight.

Reports reveal that the young man’s elder brother had created a huge ruckus at the bus stand police post, alleging that the assault took place in the presence of police and he further claims that instead of providing medical assistance to the injured the police too harassed them. He further claims that, while his brother was beaten in front of the police, the police did not intervein nor did they try to save him, but instead brought his injured brother to the police station.

Amit says that his youngest brother works in immigration and had come to the workshop just outside the gate number 2 of the Roadways depot. This led to an argument about the parking of the car. Talking further about the incident he explains that the Roadways employees physically assaulted his brother and dragged him into the cabin where he was locked inside. This is when the younger brother called Ankit who rushed to the depot to rescue him. Upon arriving Ankit tried to open the cabin door but it had to forcibly be broken to get in.
