Police registers case against Punjabi singer Rami Randhawa for display of weapons on social media

Earlier, Rami Randhawa had posted a video on Facebook, which dates back to dates back to December 13, 2025, displaying weapons in his post.

Police has registered a case against Punjabi singer Rami Randhawa at the Police Station in Ajnala, Amritsar. It is being reported that the case has been registered on the charges of displaying weapons on social media.

Earlier, Rami Randhawa had posted a video on Facebook displaying weapons in his post. The post dates back to December 13, 2025, that contained weapons along with a book lying nearby. Allegedly, the post went viral and got blown out of proportion after which the case came to the knowledge of the Ajnala Police. Upon receiving the information about the said post, the police sprung into action and booked the singer. A case has been registered against him under 223 BNS 25/54/59 A Act.
