Truck carrying paint collides with Punjab Roadways and School Bus near Lamba Pind Chowk

In a concerning development, a truck carrying paint overturned on the Amritsar-Jalandhar National Highway near Lamba Pind Chowk in Jalandhar on Friday.

After the truck overturned on the road, the highway was reportedly blocked for half an hour, which was cleared by traffic police who arrived at the scene.

As per information received, the truck lost its balance after hitting a school bus. The school bus was lightly hit first, after which the truck lost balance. A Punjab Roadways bus coming from behind was also struck during the chain of events.

Upon receiving information, traffic police arrived at the scene and straightened the overturned truck using a crane.

As per the police, the truck, loaded with paint, was heading from Amritsar to Ludhiana. The truck lost control after colliding with a Cambridge School bus near Lamba Pind Chowk, then collided with a Punjab Roadways bus, causing it to overturn.
