According Economic Times report, Dhurandhar will be released on Netflix in January 2026. The report further suggests that Dhurandhar's online streaming date is January 30, 2026. However, Netflix is yet to announce Dhurandhar's official OTT release date.
Dhurandhar is inspired by true events that revolve around gangs of Lyari, a town in Karachi and showcase how gangsters, terrorists, and ISI work hand-in-hand in Pakistan to target India.
The movie features Akshaye Khanna as Rehman Dakait, Arjun Rampal as ISI's Major Iqbal, Ranveer Singh as Hamza aka Jaskirat Singh Rangi, R Madhavan as Indian Intelligence officer Ajay Sanyal, Ankit Sagar as Javed Khanani, and more in key roles.
The movie showcase how ISI's Major Iqbal plans 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attacks, funded by Javed Khanani, carried by Pakistani terror outfit with the help of arms supplied by Rehman Dakait aka Rehman Baloch.
