YouTuber Armaan Malik and his one of the wives, Payal Malik recently visited Haridwar and performed a Puja at a temple. Apart from social media influencer, Armraan Malik and his two wives- Payal Malik and Kritika Malik have participated reality show Bigg Boss OTT 3.
Payal Malik and Armaan Malik have been facing the heat of netizens on social media after the YouTuber's wife uploaded 'transformation video' in which she was seen as Goddess Kali.
Payal and Armaan went to Haridwar in Uttarakhand and met Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Kailashanand Giri of Niranjani Akhara, sought an apology and performed puja.
Notably, Payal was asked to visit Haridwar after she completes her religious punishment which she herself sought for atonement.
Armaan Malik took to his Instagram handle and shared a video of him and Payal performing Puja in Haridwar.
Payal Malik has also recently apologized in Kali Mata temples of Patiala and Mohali over Maa Kali video. After pressure from religious organizations and social media trolling, she accepted her mistake by cleaning and serving the temple for seven days. During this, her husband Armaan Malik and family members were with her all the time.
When this video went viral, Shiv Sena Hind's national general secretary Dipanshu Sood filed a complaint with the in-charge of Mohali's Dhakoli police station. He wrote in the complaint- Payal Malik presented Maa Kali's form in an insensitive and indecent manner in the video, which hurt the religious sentiments of the followers of Sanatan Dharma.
Payal said that her intention was not to hurt religious sentiments. At the same time, due to increasing controversies, Armaan Malik said that he was broken from inside and the family was preparing to leave Punjab.
Amid the controversy, Armaan Malik reaction went viral. Armaan took to his Instagram handle and shared a video clarifying that he is a Hindu and not from other community.
"I did not want to make this video. I am a Hindu, I will remain a Hindu and I will die a Hindu. The second thing is I have children who are 2-years-old. People often make something on their body that they can remember his entire life. Either they ink the name of their mother, father, sister or children. I will show you who is God for me."
Armaan then lifts his T-shirt to show Lord Shiva's tattoo on his back.
"Only a Hindu can do this. Now, what you will call me? Muslim? Now, all you mouths will be shut up. This is a slap to those people who repeatedly torture me as I have got a Muslim name. Brothers, I was born a Hindu, I will die as a Hindu and my values will also remain a Hindu.
