Amid the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, the Indian Armed Forces have successfully foiled a large-scale drone and missile attack launched by Pakistan to target multiple military stations in Northern and Western India, including Jammu, Pathankot and Udhampur, the Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff (HQ IDS) said.

According to the Integrated Defence Staff, there was no damage to the military stations, including Jammu and Udhampur.

DPRO Jalandhar fired a tweet that reads, "As a precautionary measure, a blackout has been implemented for a short time. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Himanshu Aggarwal has appealed to the residents of Jalandhar to comply with the blackout."
