With September 2025 fast approaching, all of us have already started making festival celebrations and travel plans. For those who have banking work to be done, whether it is cash withdrawal, visiting the branch for formalities, or taking care of loan procedures, it is necessary to keep an eye on bank holidays beforehand.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released its holiday schedule for September 2025, with a combination of a list of national festivals, state-level functions, and standard weekend offs.

It's interesting to observe that while banks across India will still remain shut on festival holidays and Sundays, online and mobile banking services will run smoothly.
