Audi Q5 facelift 2021 will be launched in India today. After a year-long halt, Audi India will launch the BS6 version of its popular 'Q' SUV in the country at a price range of Rs 58.93 lakh for the 2021 Audi Q5 Premium Plus variant and Rs 63.77 lakh (both prices ex-showroom, India) for the 2021 Audi Q5 Technology variant.
Audi Q5 facelift for 2021 has got exterior and interior updates with a reviewed list of features to support the upgraded powertrain option on offer with the midsize SUV.
The 2021 Audi Q5 facelift has a similar look to the Mercedes Benz GLC, BMW X3 and the 2021 Volvo XC60 hybrid which was recently launched in India.
Presently, Audi India's Q includes Audi Q2, Audi Q8, Audi RS Q8 and now the 2021 Audi Q5.
The 2021 Audi Q5 has made a comeback after it was withdrawn noting India's emission norms and now the German luxury carmaker will be reintroducing Audi Q5 with BS6 certified emission norms and with some other alternative according to new-age buyers.
The Audi Q5 was launched in June last year.

Design
There are not many changes made in the exterior of the 2021 Audi Q5 with minor updates done at the front and the side. It comes with similar design patterns with the same wide octagonal grille, new and redesigned bumper, new LED head and tail lamps. It also has similar alloy wheels which are almost 19 inches. The rear appearance of the car remains the same as before.
The Audi Q5 facelift has an advanced control panel having a 10-inch touchscreen and a digital cockpit instrument cluster. The new car also has connectivity for Android and Apple CarPlay along with Amazon Alexa support. Additionally, the luxury hatchback also features a sunroof option.
Engine
The Audi Q5 facelift will be offered in petrol and diesel engine with only a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that will generate 249bhp and 370Nm of high torque, bound with a 7-speed automatic gearbox transmission which will send power to all four wheels. Further, it can touch up to 240 kmph speed and will not launch the diesel trim in India. Like the usual, the 2021 Audi Q5 is fitted with Audi’s Quattro drive system. It can provide a 0-10kmph run in 6.3 seconds, before stopping at 237kmph.

Safety
Audi Q5’s 2021 facelift comes loaded with all the essential passenger safety features like six airbags, ADAS, blind spot monitoring, etc.
Price
The expected launch price of the Audi Q5 2021 facelift would be anywhere between Rs 55 lakh to Rs 60 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be made available for buyers early next year.
