Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai meets Taliban delegation, for talks of govt formation

Talks are being held in Kabul to decide on the future of the Afghan government by including non-Taliban individuals.

A Taliban commandant and senior head of the Haqqani Network aggressor bunch, Anas Haqqani, met for talks with previous Afghan President Hamid Karzai, a Taliban official told Reuters on Wednesday. Karzai was joined by Abdullah, the top of the Afghan National Reconciliation Council. 
The Haqqani Network comprises a significant group of the Taliban which rose to noticeable quality in the wake of capturing the capital Kabul on August 15. Taliban representative Zabihullah Mujahid had earlier said that the new government will be more comprehensive. 
Sources from the Associated Press said that "good news" in regards to the creation of the new government is expected in the coming days.

The last round of talks was mostly centred around how the Taliban-led government would manage rights acquired over the last 20 years while it was powerless. 

Taliban pioneers like Muttaqi, who held the post of education minister during the government's prior rule, connected with Afghan political pioneers even before President Ashraf Ghani left the country on August 15. He likewise contacted the warlords known to be partners of the US to hold chats on shaping a comprehensive new government.
