Kambli used the iconic Kids vs Legends meme template in his Twitter post to illustrate his long-standing friendship with cricket star Sachin Tendulkar. Kambli commented, "It's the kids who have a reunion, while the legends opt to stay together forever," in a sly jab at the FRIENDS Reunion.

Friendship between Tendulkar and Kambli

Vinod Kambli also shared two photos with Sachin Tendulkar, one from their early days together on the field and the other from more recent times. Tendulkar and Kambli have been pals since their early cricket training days with Ramakant Achrekar.

Despite a few small setbacks, the Tendulkar-Kambli friendship seemed to have recovered to its roots when they both met on Friendship Day in 2019. Sachin Tendulkar posted about the meeting on his Twitter account.

Tendulkar and Anjali were in love at first sight. In 1990, the two met for the first time at Mumbai's international airport. Anjali was there to pick up her mother as Tendulkar returned home from his first foreign tour. The two fell in love right away and married in 1995.
