Protea’s tour to India ahead of the mega T20 World Cup had been a great series in terms of preparedness for both sides, in terms of checking the loopholes in their respective sides for one last time.
The two sides are amidst 3 match ODI series after playing as many T20Is. India’s ODI side is being led by southpaw veteran Shikhar Dhawan and is trailing 1 to nil in the bilateral series despite heroics from Wicketkeeper Sanju Samson till the end.
India and South Africa will lock horns in the 3rd and final ODI of the series before the latter finally departs for Australia to feature in the T20 World Cup.
Scheduled to take place on the 11th of October in the iconic Arun Jaitley Stadium the match will be telecasted on the Star Sports Network and will be live streaming at the Disney Plus Hotstar in behind-the-paywall subscription mode. As with the series’ previous two encounters, the third match will also begin at 1.30 PM with a toss half an hour prior.
The premier Indian side led by skipper Rohit Sharma and his deputy KL Rahul sealed the 3-match T2OI series with ease by winning the first two encounters before heading to Australia earlier this month.
