The seventh match of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 is underway and Rajasthan Royals is playing against Delhi Capitals at the Wankhede Stadium here on Thursday. Today's toss was won by Rajasthan Royals, who elected to bowl first.

Apparently, 12 overs of the match have ended and Delhi Capitals has just strolled past over 70 at the loss of 4 wickets.

The first over was thrown by young left-arm pacer Chetan Sakariya in which DC openers Shikhar Dhawan, Prithvi Shaw could only steal 2 runs. For the next over, Jaydev Unadkat had the ball in his hands and delivered a slow ball towards Prithvi Shaw, which made him depart quite early for 2 runs only.

Interestingly, DC today sent Ajinkya Rahane at no.3 instead of Rishabh Pant in the middle to join Dhawan, who could not survive for the upcoming overs as Sanju Samson took his wicket at 9 runs.

With all eyes on DC to uplift the scoreboard, the team seemed to be a little under pressure as they faced Chris Morris. Unfortunately, Morris took the wicket of Rahane on the delivery of Jaydev Unadkat. Rahane has to depart for 8.
