Ahead of the IPL 2022 finale, it has been announced that there will be a star-studded closing ceremony organised by the BCCI. IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony will kickstart on May 29 with various Bollywood celebrities and artists performing in the world's largest cricket stadium.
The IPL 2022 closing ceremony has become the talking point as the BCCI had halted this for the past two years ever since the COVID pandemic wreaked havoc around the globe. With the coronavirus pandemic impact being relatively low now, the BCCI has decided to organise the IPL Closing Ceremony 2022.
IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony Performers List
During the RCB vs RR Qualifier 2 match at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium, it was announced that Oscar-winning Music Director AR Rahman, and Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh will be performing at the IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony. Furthermore, as per cricbuzz report, IPL 2022 closing ceremony will feature Jharkhand’s famous Chhau Dance. Reportedly, BCCI has finalized a 10-member team of Jharkhand’s Chhau Dance to add to the glitz and glamour to the IPL Closing Ceremony 2022.
During the Qualifier 2 match, commentators also stated that IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony start time. IPL Closing Ceremony 2022 starting time will be at 6:30 pm. Reportedly, the IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony will be of half an hour, however the extra innings will start at 6 pm IST on May 29.

The IPL 2022 Final will be played at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium on May 29. Gujarat Titians is already in the IPL 2022 final. While the other finalist will be the winner of the Qualifier 2 i.e. it will be either Rajasthan Royals or Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titians made it into the IPL 2022 final after defeating the Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 1 at the Eden Garden in Kolkata, while the RCB won the Eliminator at the same venue and knocked out Lucknow Super Giants of the tournament.
