His tweet read, “Post-workout meal: fresh raw chicken, week-old steak, my favorite bacon, raw butter, and raw milk.”

Netizens were shocked after hearing Brady’s diet. One joked that “He calling it a meal, not a death sentence”, another said, “Eating like before fire was a thing.” Some were hoping that Blazen was lying about his diet, one such user said, “I refuse to accept this isn’t a bit for my own mental health”, another one asked, “This is a bit right??”

In response to the question that why he doesn’t become vegan, Brady said, “Vegetables have a defense mechanism called antinutrients that can build up over time and cause problems.”

“Vegetables also do not have nearly all the minerals/vitamins you need for a diet, while animal products contain all the vitamins/minerals we need.”

Later, he posted a follow-up video with a caption, “Since everyone is asking me for a video of eating raw chicken here you go. And remember the Raw Primal Diet is your natural diet, that regenerates you over time and will make you feel amazing.”
