No oxygen for doctors too – Delhi loses 8 including one doctor

A delay of 80 minutes by re-supply tankers led to the demise of eight individuals including a doctor.

When the saviours themselves are being butchered at the hands of an apathetic government and an insufficient medical infrastructure, then you know that the situation is real dire.

Delhi’s Batra Hospital ran out of oxygen for the second time in a span on week and this led to the death of six patients in ICU and two in wards.

The deceased doctor is Dr RK Himathani, the head of the Gastroenterology unit.
