The partnership was supposed to start in April 2020, however it was postponed due to the epidemic.

In the year 2021, Sabyasachi's pre-fall collection will debut, including rich fabrics in modern and classic Indian shapes that speak to the modern global nomad mindset.

It's H&M's first collaboration with an Indian designer, following in the footsteps of famous labels such as Karl Lagerfeld, Comme des Garcons, and Versace. "At a time like this, we feel people value the usage of locally made crafts and fabrics more than ever, and no one does it better than Sabyasachi; we look forward to bringing this magnificent collection to as many people as possible."

Sabyasachi Collaboration With H&M
"I've always wanted to work on a pre collection but haven't been able to because of logistics and other factors, so when H&M reached out for this collaboration, I thought it was too good to be true. It came at the perfect time, just as the brand celebrated its 20th anniversary, and it was a great opportunity to reach out to a larger audience.”

It was a fantastic chance to reach out to a wider audience with an affordable, timeless, gender-fluid, and stylish collection.

What we can expect from this ready-to-wear range
