The 23 year old Aryan spend nearly a month in Arthur Road jail after he was arrested in connection with the drugs-on-cruise case.

Aryan Khan was granted release in the drugs-on-cruise case by the Bombay High Court on Thursday, but he spent two nights in jail after his bail papers missed the 5:30 p.m. deadline on Friday after a tense wait that lasted only seconds.

Meanwhile, SRK’s fans have started a meme fest on social media as they take a dig at NCB and BJP. Claiming Aryan Khan to be innocent, the actor's fans mock the drug control agency showing off SRK’s power.

The star's kid stepped into a waiting white Range Rover and was taken away at 11 a.m., surrounded by security guards.

Officials from the Arthur Road jail were spotted taking the bail papers from the "bail box" early this morning, setting off the procedure for the celebrity son's release.

Former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi battled for Aryan Khan's release in the High Court for three days.

The 1 lakh bail bond for Aryan was signed by actor Juhi Chawla, who was Shah Rukh Khan's co-star in his early film career.

During his arrest on October 2 following a Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raid on a cruise ship party, Aryan Khan spent nearly a month in jail. In the case, he was "Accused Number 1" out of a total of 20 people detained.

Although no narcotics were found on him, the anti-drugs agency claimed in court that his WhatsApp conversations revealed his involvement in "illicit drug deals" and ties to a foreign drug gang.
