English seamer James Anderson is one of the world’s best bowlers and he is improving his bowling technique with each passing day. 39-year-old player’s performance in the current India vs England test series is outstanding and he is gathering praise from all sides. 

Recently, his picture from the cricket field has been viral on the internet as there was blood on his trouser during the 42nd over of the match. Reportedly, Anderson injured his knee while bowling. The report further adds that he might have a cut on his right knee. 

His respect in the eyes of cricket lovers increased after yesterday’s incident. Many praised him and his dedication towards the game. One of the fans shared the picture of James and wrote, “Blood from James Anderson's pant, but he's still bowling on.” Another tweeted, “Huge Respect For You KING @jimmy9,” which a picture read. “Passion + Gritt + Dedication = James Anderson.”

Currently, James is in the third spot in the world’s bowling chart of the series with 14 wickets, he is behind Ollie Robinson, who has 19 wickets and Jasprit Bumrah with 16 wickets. 

In terms of the game, India was stopped at 191 runs on the Day 1 of the game and England will continue the game on Day 2 53/3.
