IPL 2021: RR's Chris Morris, Jaydev Unadkat pull off the victory over DC

In the seventh match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021, Rajasthan Royals made a glorious win over Delhi Capitals after giving a tough fight to its opponent at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. 

Rajasthan Royals won the toss for Thursday's match and opted to bowl against DC. RR bowlers were not at all lenient with their opponents and made them restrict to 147 for 8 in 20 overs. It was a bad game for DC as they could not smash a single six to move the scoreboard lest they did in the previous against Chennai Super Kings.

Chris Morris, today has proved his worth to RR and he hit 4 sixes to beat the run-target set by DC. 

Also, the crown of the victory goes to Jaydev Unadkat, who made a strong comeback and gave pulled off three significant wickets of Shikhar Dhawan, Prithvi Shaw, Ajinkya Rahane while Mustafizur Rahman departed Marcus Stoinis with not even a single run.

For DC, it was Rishabh Pant who strived to move the scoreboard along with debutant Lalit Yadav. Pant gloriously scored 51 in 32 balls to get the game going. 

However, Pant could not revive the team for longer and had to depart for 51. Pant's quick succession Tom Curran and Chris Woakes shared a run-stand of 28 to reach near 150.
