Mumbai Indians retained Ishan Kishan at the whopping amount of INR 15.25 crore. Notably, it was the first time Mumbai Indians spent more than INR 10 crore on a single player in any IPL auction. This also made Ishan Kishan the most expensive buy of Mumbai Indians in IPL auction history. After IshanKishan became Mumbai Indians' most expensive player, he shared his video expressing his gratitude to the team owners.
