Dr. Rochelle Walensky said, “The best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 variants is to prevent the spread of disease, and vaccination is the most powerful tool we have.” He is the director of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, during a US Senate on Tuesday.

These cases have accounted for 51.7 percent of the Covid cases in America; this is reported by the Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
On the other side, Joe Biden, the President of the USA said that the number of Covid deaths has dropped drastically due to the vaccination program but still the citizens of America need to take all the safety measures, as the Delta variant is spreading really fast in the nation. He also added that 90 percent of the cases have decreased due to vaccination.
"But we have to stay vigilant, especially with the Delta variant that's out there. While COVID-19 cases are rising, virtually all of the Covid deaths and hospitalizations are from unvaccinated people. Let me say it again: virtually all are from unvaccinated people.” He told, “the safest thing to do for the people is to get vaccinated and that's why we're focusing, on our next phase, on getting the unvaccinated vaccinated," he further stated.
